The Black Swan Gin inherited its traditional but eccentric and unique character from the exceptional bird that mysteriously disappeared from Bruges’ canals in 2014. Inspired by the black swan’s protected, picturesque & sophisticated biotope The Bruges Gin Society crafted this gin with the same passion as you’ll hopefully savour it. For sure its subtle touch of local herbs, chaperoned by mild citric flavours, will elegantly fly you to that beautiful city where the black swan once swam so proudly.
In 2021 the Black Swan Gin was named 'Best Belgian Contemporary Gin' at the World Gin Awards.
The professional jury said about the Black Swan Gin: "A light nose with some nuts and spices. Clean, sweet palate with plenty of juniper, and a long, warming finish with coriander. It is elegant and the alcohol is fairly well integrated."

Enjoy the purity of the Black Swan Gin. Put an ice cube in your glass, add 4 cl of Black Swan Gin and finish with a zest of orange.The classic gin and tonic
Pour 4cl Black Swan Gin into an ice-filled glass and add 10cl of your favorite Indian Tonic. We prefer Schweppes Premium Mixer Original or San Pelligrino Old Tonic. Finish with an orange zest and a sprig of sweet woodruff.
The Bruges Mule
Mix 1 blackberry and some lemon wedges in a shaker. Add ice and 5cl Black Swan Gin. Shake, strain and pour into an ice-filled glass. Finish with ginger ale, some blackberries and a sprig of mint.
